Eligible Returns
- Items must be returned in unused, unopened, and resaleable condition, including all original packaging, tags, and security seals.
- A valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Collectibles like trading cards must remain sealed and untouched.
- Pre-owned products qualify for exchange only, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
- Submit your return request via our Support Form, including your order number and reason for the return.
- After approval, you’ll get a Return Authorization email with detailed instructions.
- Note: Please wait for this authorization before sending any items — returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Received a Wrong or Damaged Item?
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately through the Support Form, providing:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue (photos are highly recommended)
Our team will respond within 72 hours. If eligible, we will send you a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health, safety, or licensing restrictions, the following cannot be returned:

- Gift cards and store credit vouchers

To exchange a product:
